Renault Fluence 1.5l Diesel dipstick

I have a 2011 Fluence 1.5l and have never checked the oil because it gets serviced every year and the oil level can be displayed on the dash. My son has a driving test in a couple of weeks in the car and as far as I am aware he needs to know how to check the engine oil.

I cannot find the dipstick! Google has pictures of every Renault going except the dipstick for the Fluence.

I know how to check it on the dash as it can be done before starting the engine by pressing the up button on the wiper stick. But I think he needs to know where the dipstick is.

Anyone able to assist. I have probably been staring at it all along.

The yellow oil cap where you fill the oil has the dipstick attached to it

Please read the user manual. I found from internet the 2011 Fluence user manual but unknown language. Pictures talks :P

Son in law had a 2009 Renault something or other with displayed oil level, it had the dipstick tube in the normal position but it was sealed off.
