Ewe ear infection from tag

I have ewe which picked up bad ear infection from tagging. A lot of fluid had gathered under the skin and portion was hard. I have been injecting with Alfamox LA and draining every other day, but progress appears to have stalled. Been doing this for two weeks, however fluid still accumulating. Any suggestions for treatment?
