Gigabox VOIP - time between rings

Just got upgraded to SIRO with Vodafone, as part of which our old phone line was turned off and we now have to plug our phone base station into the Gigabox. An unexpected side effect of this is the now when our phones ring, there's something like a 5 second gap between rings. These are the same phones we were using before.…

Just got upgraded to SIRO with Vodafone, as part of which our old phone line was turned off and we now have to plug our phone base station into the Gigabox.
An unexpected side effect of this is the now when our phones ring, there's something like a 5 second gap between rings. These are the same phones we were using before. When we play the different ringtones from the phone's own settings, they play normally.
I wondered if this was a setting on the Gigabox, but I don't see anything that would affect this. Any ideas?
