Resolution issue while using docking station

    Hi all,

    So I got my laptop connected to a docking station with a USB-C connector.

    I then have an LG 32” monitor connected to the docking station with Display Port (not sure which version) cable.

    The problem is the max resolution I can get is 1920 x 1080.

    If I connect monitor directly to laptop with HDMI 1.4 cable I can get 2560 x 1440.

    Any ideas why I can’t get QHD through the docking station?
