We were going to take a Ryanair flight next weekend between Kerry and Dublin but our 16 year old has no passport or photo I. D. We were wondering if a birth cert would be OK?

Birth cert is listed as accepted for under 18 on domestic Irish flights. I would doubt there's been many/any people doing it since that flight resumed to give you real world experience.
