Bereavement policy

Anyone have knowledge of the timeline that protocols surrounding survivorship and transference of deceased relatives accounts were changed by bereavement departments of each of the main banks in Ireland?

In particular the implementation of a policy of requiring signatures from surviving family members for the grant of representation document (which may be coined "survivorship" by certain institutions)

(I believe each bank changed their own individual policies seperately in the mid 2010s but I wish to be absolutely accurate in this regard.)

    Thanks,

If you want to know a banks policy the only place to ask is the bank itself.

No more threads on this please.
