For someone paying CGT, and also a small amount of income tax on dividends, what are the forms to fill?

CGT form or Form 12, or both??

    Thanks

Use your Revenue MyAccount to declare your dividends for income tax purposes. You are essentially filing an online version of a form 12. For CGT you need to be registered for the CGT taxhead and have your CGT liability (if any) paid by the payment dates. You file a physical CG1 return to account for your CGT. It's a pain it's not included in the MyAccount but if you download a PDF version, complete it and upload it again via MyEnquiries, at least you won't have to post it and you'll always have record of sending it in.
