Tile Vents 15x9

I have recently added External wall insulation and with the soffit vents restricted I want to add attic ventilation. The roof tiles are 15"x 9" concrete roof tiles and most places around Dublin only seem to have tile vents from more modern larger sized tiles. Has anyone added tile vents to the older 15x9 roof tiles and if so, did you have to source them from the UK or maybe you cut the tiles to fit? Interested to hearing opinions
