Can't open old yahoo emails

    I can't open any yahoo emails from about 4-5 months ago. Getting a message saying 'unable to load message'. I can open more recent messages.

    Anyone any idea as to what might be going on there or how it could be rectified?

    Some important stuff I'd rather not lose

    If you know the email address try doing a search which might bring back fewer emails in the list which might work.


    Another is to try from an incognito window

    Use a different browser ,brave ,firefox, go to yahoo.com click yahoo mail login ,make sure your browser is up to date ,try using a phone to login

    Thanks for the help. Looks like it was an issue with yahoo that has been sorted now.
