90% of places are open now. Lots of city centre places don't have much/any outdoor though so its indoor with cert.
You could go to TGI Fridays (if you want to be disappointed and bankrupted) :P
Most of the better known cocktail places are either premium nibbles or Thai food; Thunder Road is an OK option for more conventional food and cocktails. Its not actually a pub but it acts like it is.
Nearly every bigger pub does basic cocktails now though.
