Retention planning query

Hi wondered if anyone has any advice on how to get retention planning permission for a shed built onto our garage. We have been advised that it is necessary but do not know how to go about this.

You will need to get an architect/engineer/technician or anyone who is capable of preparing plans, maps etc and lodge the application accordingly. If you dont know anyone then have a look at the online planning applications in your area and see what names pop up on the plans and the applications forms.
