    Hi,

I want to remove my toilet seat downstairs and it’s one I’ve not come across before. I’ve loosened the 2 long screws but nothing budging when I try lift or slide it off. Any help much appreciated

    thanks

See if those chrome fittings will tap towards the center.

It’s a closed couplet so only bolts from cistern to seat as far as I can see..

No movement to centre, I’ve taken a pic from overhead if that helps. Thanks for the feedback lads

Can you get your hand up the back? There may well be a butterfly nut on each side holding the seat down.
