Should I build or buy?

So I'm looking to upgrade from a gaming laptop (Asus TUF gaming FX504) in the next few weeks. Although I've never done it before, I'm willing to build a new PC. The problem is, I'm not very knowledgeable on the different parts necessary, as in, what's the best spec for my money etc. I've looked on PCSpecialist and they have a build for Microsoft Flight Simulator that's around €2000.

So my question is, should I build my own PC (details below) or should I go with PCSpecialist's build (and if I do, is there anyway I could improve on spec or cost)

    Cheers,

    Colbarr.
