Hisense TV not recognising usb drives any more

Hi Not sure this is the correct place to post but the tv I bought about 2 months ago is no longer recognising any usb drives Working fine up until now, the USB drives work fine on my PC so no problems there Tried a factory reset Time to bring it back to the retailer? Tia Omt

Hi
