Recommend a Tattoo artist - Dublin and or East Meath

Hi folks Have a hideous tattoo which I stupidly got at 16 (many decades ago!). Removing it is not an option as I think it would take many laser treatments without guaranteed success. I think covering the monstrosity with a new tattoo (that I actually like!) could be my only option. Can ye give me your recommendations…
