How to seal around metal flue on a metal roof

Planning on moving my oil burner off our back wall and into a small shed sort of thing that has a metal roof. How would i seal up the flue as it protrudes out the metal roof?

I did a job for a neighbours little purpose built boiler shed a while back with a s/s flue going through a roof tile. I used this stuff, it was fine with no issues.
