Newstalk 1pm Bulletin

Did anyone else hear the 1pm news bulletin on Newstalk?

The presenter stuttered through the first 20 seconds and sounded like he was going to cry.

Then he said that they "were experiencing terrible computer issues" and that the news would be read at 2pm. Then adverts.

It was very strange. Sounded like the reporter received bad news as he was reading the news as opposed to any computer issues.

    Any body else hear it?
