Bottling wine - caps or corks or both?

    Looking at homebrewwest and they have "capsules" and corks for wine bottle and I'm a bit confused as to what I should be using when I get to that stage.

    Is there any benefit of one over the other in terms of storage?

    I've always felt safer with caps, fearing I'd get the cork wrong and it wouldn't seal the bottle. If used correctly I'd say the only difference is the look of the thing.

    Just looking at HBW there and I don't think this is an either/or. The capsules look to be the foil wrapper you put over the neck once it's corked -- they don't actually seal the bottle. Wine I've made is in 75cl beer bottles which take a crown cap. If you're using ordinary wine bottles a cork is your only option, I think.
