Got a MK2 Tiguan and was looking into retrofitting the variable boot floor. (Don't need the spare wheel, fitting and tools, but I want it to look like the factory fitted one.)

How difficult is it to do and source the parts (I have all the parts number)?

If it is just time and patience I have plenty 🙂

If there is some skills required I can manage.

It looks like there is a good business going on selling the parts... I have see the set for as much a €500 on the web 🙄
