Unusual size drinking tap Ceramic Cartridge

Hi All, I have a dripping drinking water tap. It is a single lever 1/4 turn type. This was installed by previous home owner.

I have removed the ceramic cartridge but realized that it is not a BSP 1/2" or 3/4" type. Looks something like this

    its base diameter is 15mm.

I have checked several DIY shops, including ones at some industrial estates but they all have standard diameter replacement.

Would anyone have any idea how I can locate a cartridge replacement?

ps:Why I just simply get the whole tap replaced? Because the access is very diffucult without removing the entire kitchen sink, so I want to solve it just by changing cartridge.

    Thanks
