    Seeking suggestion or solutions for construction finance of an infill development to construct 4 3bed terraced houses in north county dublin.

    All answers most appreciated.

    If you drive around Dublin and the numerous building sites, you'll see various finance companies plastered on the hoarding as providing the finance. I believe most charge eye-watering interest rates but they are lending.

    Or you could do it the old way. Remortgage your house to the hilt, build the first home to show house standard and then sell the remaining houses off-plan using the deposits and signed contracts to raise the finance to construct them.

    Not for the feint-hearted, especially with availability and price increases of materials.
