Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Home energy upgrade

Received a letter through the door this morning, think the neighbour is having a solar panel installed.

    Company is energycentre.ie

They said they are looking for suitable homes to help them demonstrate the benefits of solar power.

I've looked at SEAI website, can someone tell me how much on average you need to stump up for full retro fit (2000 build, C2 BER) on multiple home energy upgrades?

Can someone also tell me what the various upgrades would be? And also how much of this work is actually covered by the grant?

    Thanks a million in advance

How long is a piece of string.

It depends what you want to be done.

Check out the renewable energy forum on boards and read the threads as a starter
