Wedding on October 21st (day before restrictions lift)

Hi folks, We're getting married on Thursday October 21st, which is the day before restrictions lift. We're hoping that we'll be able to close the bar at 11.30, and have it re-open at midnight in accordance with the rules. Is anyone in a similar position? If so, what have your venue said? Thanks!
