Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

My university is always somewhere in the top 5 medical universities and many people go abroad after graduating and a year of internship here. Thing is, I'm eager to leave as soon as possible and was wondering if I'd be accepted for an internship in Ireland just being freshly graduated. Any doctors or anybody who has experience in this please help me out with some advice. Thanks!
