MyGovId verification codes not arriving

    Is anyone else having trouble creating a MyGovId account. I have a Gmail account. When I go to create a MyGovId account it will say that a verification code has been sent to my email. No code arrives.

    No filters or email forwards on my Gmail account. Nothing in the spam folder. HSE have been onto Microsoft who have something to do with the site ...not getting anywhere. They want me to set up a new email address rather than get to the root of it.

    Google say they are not receiving the emails.

    I would just like to add that if I use their Customer Service Form on the website to raise a query it will send me an email confirming receipt of the query.

    That email comes from the same address as the code should be coming from.

    Customer service query is apparently from a HSE server ...

    Code is apparently from a Microsoft server.

    So it looks to be a Microsoft issue...

    But because the Hse have outsourced it ... they think it is a **** show.

    I often have issues with text codes not getting sent to my mobile with both my welfare and my account with ROS which both run on govid system. This seems to be an ongoing issue with them particularly outside of normal office hours. If its not working I generally just try again the next day.
