New to Sky - Can't Access On Demand?

    Hi everyone.

    We've just signed up to Sky TV only (we have Digiweb for BB). Everything seems to be fine except for accessing On Demand content via the Sky Q box. When we try to view something we get a pop up at the top of the screen telling us we need to upgrade our subscription. The same shows can be accessed no problem on the iPad via Sky GO. Any ideas what we're doing wrong/missing?
