    Hi,

I am new to this and not exactly sure how everyone goes about the traineeship. I have a few questions like:

    • do people apply for literally every place that offers the traineeship or go for a specific few
    • How tough is the Watson glaser test?
    • Do most of the people get selected in round one and then asked to do the Watson glaser test or they actually look at the applications and shortlist people for the test?
    • What are the type of questions they usually ask in these interviews?
    • Do they give visa sponsorships or could that be a point for not shortlisting people.

Any help and information will be helpful. Thank you.
