New customer "Equaliser" queries

    Looking at your website it seems that if I'm a renewing customer you work out my monthly amounts based on the last 12 mths. That's grand.


    If I'm a new customer it seems to suggest I have to have gone through 3 bills before I can signup for Equaliser. Am I reading it correctly?


    What I want to do (and what I did with Energia in the past) is signup and then setup a monthly DD for a fixed amount from month1. Is this possible?

    Hi there,

    Thank you for getting in touch.

    You can opt for equaliser for gas right away, but you will need two bills with actual meter reads before you can set this up on electricity.
