Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    My architect has sent out the preliminary drawings to two QS ( companys) to get a costing on two attached new builds in North Dublin .

    I have got back the costing where they will be involved from start right through to the end as in site visits.

    One is 13000 more then the other .

    How do I compare them and do I need them through the build and to sign off on it ?

    Thank you ,I couldn't cancel the topic picked and the others I'd chosen building etc got wiped.

    Can I find my question and put it in the construction and building section ?
