My husband has a 20yr old daughter. He pays maintenance every week. She is in college, lives with her partner who works full time and she also works (will be part time when college starts back). We would like to know if he is still required to pay maintenance for her as she is no longer dependant but in college. He pays the money to her as obviously she no longer lives at home. Anyone any experience of this. There is no court order.
