An post has said my package was being sorted 3 weeks in a row.

Hey guys,
I recently ordered a jersey from China and it has been in an post for 3 weeks, every Friday it says that my order has been sorted yet it says the same every Friday also i haven't received any customs charges. Any suggestions?
