Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Luxury student accommodation at Broadstone Hall, Dublin. This is close to a few Universities including Trinity College and TU Dublin, NCAD and RCSI. DCU is a 20 minute bus journey away, UCD a 40 minute bus journey.
We wish to cancel the room, but have been told we need to find another student to take the room before we are allowed to cancel.
We have paid the first month, so the rent averages out at €950 per month for the academic year, and the room is available immediately.

Are you playing 1000 euro a month for a room? Seriously? And who says you cannot leave without getting someone new?. I dont think that is valid. What kind of a contract (if any) did you sign. Get proper advice on this.
