    Hi everyone

Can anyone tell me the real world supermarket implications of minimum pricing in Scotland compared to lets say buying the same bottle of gin in England?

    Thanks!

For most gin - no difference. If it is really really really cheap gin - it would not be sold as it would now cost the same as a decent gin.

Things like diamond white cider and dutch gold lager are the same - they are now simply not available as they cost the same as decent stuff.

Other than that - alcohol promotions (buy 1 wine get 1 free) are also banned. You also cannot use store vouchers for alcohol.
