People who try and do all the work so that they can complain

Ever come across a person like this? It's another form of adult passive aggressiveness. Such people mightn't complain verbally but you'll sense that they're taking credit for something.

They'll often insist on doing certain tasks that they don't have to do, as if to imply that you're either unwilling to do it, or that you're incapable of doing it. When you say "no I can do it" they'll have some silly excuse for why they have to do it.

If the contract still has plenty of time left then fck it let them. Nobody remembers beyond last month. Slowly crank up the angel act about 4 months before review.

Keep the score even by doing the same act back at opportune times.
