Sorry if there is another thread on this, but Aer Lingus website for last week or so cannot be logged into - so you can't manage bookings, apply changes to current flights etc. They say you can use the app for all this, but the app doesn't allow you view multi-city bookings.

How can Aer Lingus find itself in a situation where its website systems become inaccessible for so long.

Try a different browser? It's been a long time since I flew (thanks COVID), but I found that I could never manage my booking or print boarding passes using Chrome, had to switch to using Microsoft Edge or (god forbid) IE to get access.

Nah, it's an Aer Lingus problem, though it does say you can manage a booking on the website though, so perhaps just related to seeing bookings etc.

    Important information

It's not possible at the moment to log in to your AerClub / Aer Lingus account on aerlingus.com. You can log in using the Aer Lingus app.

You can still check in and manage your booking on aerlingus.com.

Our team are working to fix this and we apologise for any inconvenience.
