Damaged iPhone

My 256gb iPhone 11 recently took a bad fall on a patio and the glass on the back panel is shattered.

I also have noticed that the TrueDepth camera has stopped working so faceid and portrait camera mode is also disabled.

The battery has also really started acting up recently, not sure if that’s related.

So what’s the best option to fix it? If I bring it to somewhere like Mactivate will Apple just replace it and how much would that set me back?

Apple have a set price for repairs on their website for each model. Is that the most I’ll be charged if I send it to them?

    Thanks.
