Dripping from Mira Elite SE Dual Head

I have a Mira Elite SE Dual electric shower, which the builder had installed by, I presume, his plumber during recent renovation work.

It always dripped a little bit in short spurts after use but this usually cleared up from 45 minutes to an hour after use. I considered this normal and tolerable. Recently, though, there has been a continuous dripping from whichever of the heads has been in use and this continues for several hours after the shower has been turned off.

The unit is one year old and has been used in a two-person household.

Can anyone suggest what might be causing the dripping? A pressure issue perhaps?

The rain head holds a lot of water and does drip for quite a while after use so that part was normal.

Dripping from both /either head is a different issue. The solenoid isn't closing properly and it's letting water through. On this model the solenoid is part of the flow control valve.
