Tablet for Secondary School student -new or refurb

Hi folks, This tablet is for accessing Teams and general secondary school work. Will 32gb be sufficient or should it be more powerful? Is it better to get a cheap - Galaxy Tab or a refurbed one with higher spec? Thanks

Teams means the school is PC based and probably expect the child to have a proper Windows based laptop/tablet. In saying that you could install the Android version of Teams on any half decent tablet.
