Ghost Estates being Redeveloped

I've noticed some ghost estates being re-developed and popping up on daft, for example Lighthouse View in Kerry and The Mills in Waterford Do you guys have any insight about the quality of them, community etc or have bought there? Do you also know of any other similar estates? Thanks!
