upgrading from r7 2700x/Radeon VII will i need a new power supply?

    planning on getting a 5900x + rtx 3080/3080ti and my current powersupply is 750w from corsair

    mobo is asus b450 gaming-f if that matters.

    If it's Corsair RM-series it should be ok, just make sure to use 2 dedicated PCIe 8-pin power connectors (cables).

    it is a corsair rm. are those cables the ones with 6 and 2 pins?

    Yes, those are the ones.

    Each cable is split into 2x 6+2 connectors, so you have to connect 2 separate cables into the PSU + GPU (basically ignore the little dangly bit).
