Connecting coax cable to VM splitter

    I originally posted in Net & Comms but think I'll get more responses here:

    I'm looking to connect the male end of a coax cable into the male end of the splitter input.

    Can I use a coax joiner like below? It doesn't fit into the splitter without squashing the sides in a bit. Is this the best option?
