Anyone recommend a Personal Trainer

I am in need of a good personal trainer. I had a good one some time back but is now not unavailable. I watch some trainers in the gym with their clients and they are visibly allowing them to use machines incorrectly and not watching them or encouraging them as they progress the workout. It shows their lack of interest in their client, in my view.

Any recommendations anyone for a personal trainer who is interested in their client and encourages them to get results ?

Eimhin Hogan out in Grove Island is a fantastic personal trainer. Also recommend him highly to people and anyone that's know him for awhile will back that up. When you see his own overall transformation you know it's someone that's gonna encourage his clients to get results.

Dave Frattaroli for weights. Mark Dempsey running, cycling and swimming. Keith Ryan running and cycling.
