How to complete form CG1

Just completed a house sale so I'll need to pay CGT this year and file return next year so I'm having a look at it now but I'm unsure of what goes where on the form!

I think aggregate consideration (no.1) is the sale price but where does the solicitor & estate agent fee go to get the net taxable, is it at 5f (other reliefs)?

Also, I owned the house jointly with another person who lived there so they're not due to pay any CGT as it's their PPR - can I deduct the full solicitor & estate agent cost?
