Cluid Housing Question About Transfer

Hi, i rent a house from clúid who pick their tenants from the council list and today my neighbour asked if i was moving as she was told i was in for a transfer. My question is can cluid or any housing authority transfer me without my knowledge or consent as i never asked for one.

Have you a tenancy agreement? No one can transfer you without you wanting to. What does it say in your tenancy agreement with Cluid.
