Acknowledged form 11 help

I'm self employed and Applying for a mortgage and the bank is looking acknowledged form 11. My accountant is away and not back till mid September. If any of ye can point me in the right direction or give me an example of it I might have it in my own paperwork thanks in advance

The acknowledged form 11 would be the copy of your tax return for the year after uploading it to ROS. You can print or save it and it says on the top that it is “acknowledgement of a return submitted on (date)”. Basically proving it was filed. Any chance your accountant gives you a copy of the filed return for your own records ? If not is there no one in their practice that can just access their ROS inbox and email you a copy.

just To add, if you have ROS access yourself you may have copies of the Income Tax Self Assessment that issues following the Form 11 submission which may also do the bank but unfortunately uploads of the Form 11 only go to the ROS inbox of the party that does the upload.

He is a one man practice. He keeps all the paperwork unless I need it. So basically I have to wait for him to come back so he can get it off Ros. I thought I would have the application done this week only waiting on the acknowledged form 11s. The notice of assessment won't do them.
