Anything slightly out of the ordinary is non existent in this country but round vent covers in general or anything half decent quality are very difficult to source. I bought this earlier in the year to test but it's not great, very light and the adjustable clasp inside is quite visible plus the closing operation is a bit of a gimmick. My vents are 125mm so would probably look better on a 150mm vent but even worse I'd expect on a 100mm vent.
After much searching, later in the year I bought a few of these. They're 125mm specific but they had more readily available 100mm versions also. The closing doesn't adjust but they're the best quality I could find, stainless without the grill being a cheese grater type dust catcher.
