Letter of Offer with AIB

    Hi All, Just want to ask if somebody has same experience regarding Letter of offer from AIB mine will expire On Oct.2021 but the house is not finish yet. They inform that they can give 1 mos. extension but just in case within that mos. still the house is not finish what will be the next step to be done? Is it possible to draw done the loan even if the house still not 100% finish? Thanks in advance for those who can advice.
