Further Part4 tenancy

    Not sure if this is the correct forum or if it should be in legal.

    How exactly does a further part4 tenancy work?

    If the original tenancy was on a four year cycle, does any subsequent further part4 also run on a four year cycle?

    For example, say an original tenancy started in july 2014 & a further part4 in july 2018, does the further part4 end in june 2022.

    Checked with RTB and for anyone interested, all further part4 tenancies effective after Dec2016 are on a six year cycle.
