Is iPhone 12 mini supposed to have this “watermark”

Got this upgrade today, opened the box and noticed this watermark at the bottom of the device. Hard to see on the photo but looks like an old stain or watermark. Also, the device had zero battery and I had to charge it before I could turn it, new devices usually have a charge.

If you have any doubts and bought from a reputable source, bring it back. I wouldn't be happy with it anyway😐️

It was a mobile upgrade. Already arranged to have it returned on Monday.
Did you see the watermark at the bottom of the device?

Can see something like a water stain along the bottom that seems to be wider up the right hand side and not as wide or as long on the left side.Doesn't look good.Presume it doesn't polish off.

No. You can only see it when the screen is off.
