I like them, main thing is finding a flavour you like. From photo on website I have only tried two of those flavours and wouldn't be inclined to buy the others, but if I was to buy four of the ones I liked in a shop it would cost me 12 euro anyway.

They are chocolate bars first and foremost. They won't help you lose weight.

It's the sugar substitute (Maltitol) that is the culprit.

what? don't eat 40g of this sugar substitute or you get diarrhea. Like they're protein bars.

You should be eating 1 to fill you up after a workout and top up your protein levels. Not 3 times a day as a food suppliement.
